King Young and the Taiwan Textile Research Institute (TTRI) have begun a partnership on developing series of eco-friendly woven ribbons in response to the global environmental protection trend on June 15th, 2009. TTRI is going to assist King Young to evaluate possible non-man-made fibers, to develop new products, and to examine the related procedure. The two facilities are aiming to improve and extend the local popularity to woven eco-friendly ribbons.
King Young Enterprise Co., Ltd. is one of the top five professional ribbon export manufacturers in Taiwan; its product application broadly covered floral design, crafts, cosmetic packaging, holiday celebration decoration and garment accessories.
The company’s new factory located in Chang Bin Industrial area had its grand opening on June 16th, 2009, and the company aims to improve its internal/external supply and demand chains. The information management is divided into three main categories including product research, product development, and marketing. The target is to provide local and international buyers better value/quality and more unique ribbons.
The company’s site area is around 18,000 square meters; the well equipped facilities makes it possible to have over 100 new items developed and the production capacity is able to reach over fifty million yards monthly. The company hopes to combine and expend the usage of ribbons with local culture by inviting fresh ideas and cooperation from younger generation. By doing so, King Young expects to bring the fashion and the freshness to the brand in hopes of promoting itself to a broad range of customers. |
